I was present and very nice and told them my dads g/f took the phone and internet card and left with it so they are both listeded as stolen right now, but we still need to cancel ---

You need to press the issue that you have the contract and you are allowed to cancel your contract becuase they changed their policy. They will tell you that they will credit you the account back but you can press it and press it and keep asking to speak with supervisors if you find out that the person you are speaking to isnt going anywhere. I eventually told the guy that who said he is the highest supervisor there that he either can allow me to cancel and waive my fee or pay the legal fees if I went to small claims court becuase there is precedent on this issue and you will lose. I think its past the 60 days so you might be out of luck. ---
