it’s all a matter of “keeping it real”.
The RX7 is defined by it’s engine.
an LS1 in an RX7 is like putting a twin-turbo Supra engine in a Vette…
Will it move the car? Sure…but it destroys the character/personality of the car.

what about the lt1 supercharger powered 280Z? No difference IMO. Its a badass ride with a twist.

to me an RX7 without a rotary engine is like a hot chick with a penis…
it might look hot from thirty feet, but when you get near it you know it’s just not right.

please untill you built one and rebuilt one
you would look at the ls1 swap as a damn good idea
hence the fact why we have one fully built rotory rx7 and one rolling chassis that is juts waiting for a power plant!!
