took them long enough to put the foam down … if it was in america they wouldda had that ish put out before it exploded

Industrial fires are a whole different game than “put whatever we got on it to stop it.”

You just don’t throw water or foam on a fire in which the fuel is unknown.

See, in America the trucks would have (hopefully) been inspected more often to prevent this.
