The owner of my company and his two sons race in the Panoz Racing Series. I flew them down to Atlanta so they could race and they got my co-pilot and I hot pit passes. Here’s some vids of the Cup cars out on the track doing practice runs.

Spent the weekend down here in Atlanta… the Petit LeMans absolutley rocked!!
Took sunday to go to Taladega to see my first Nascar race… LeMans FTL no comparison, I’ll come back to RoadAtlanta for another LeMans but have no need to go to another Nascar race!

Yeah, Nascar races are way too crowded for me. I’d go to another Le Mans race in a heartbeat though.

not even just the crowds tho… being able to walk the entire course, including the pits! That was a killer event! I was standing near a lot of the places where the vids were shot. the Jeep and cooler were parked a short distance up the hill from where the first vid was shot. We never left the grounds once the race started… just walked back to the Jeep for more fuel (beer)…
