I smell a composite image for number 3. I also had to stop and think, how the hell did you get the car up there by the Museum? The background of number 3 was taken inside the plaza, the car was shot somewhere else, a new layer was made in PS with the car or background, and the result is what we see there. Nice job! ---

You can probably get that shot of the Capitol from Swan Street between State and Washington. ---
