I have no clue how much this has to do with cars, so it’ll prolly dissapear into the members area soon, but here it is. Today, I decided to cook a meal for my mommy, for Valentine’s day. I did so with random ingredients I had around the house, and called it VTEC Chicken y0! (because I’m a loser riceboy) Take some skinless, boneless chicken breast, slice it up. Marinate it in a large deep bowl with Master’s Choice Sundried Tomato & Oregano Fat Free Salad Dressing. Take some green pepper, red pepper & onion, slice it up, put it in a skillet. Mince some garlic, put it in there too. Sprinkle in some oregano, paprika, chilli powder, ground cumin, coriander and salt. Pour in some olive oil and orange juice (not a lot) Add the marinated chicken including all the dressing in the bowl into the skillet. Stir fry y0! Tastes wicked, everyone that tried it, loved it. ---

You didn’t even vote in my poll… :tear: I dunno… It is kinda late in the day, but y’all can cook it for ur gf’s and stuff next year, or other occasions. It really does taste amazing. Most of the stuff can be substituted for other stuff without disastrous results, and it has a nifty name 😛 ---
