There was a billing system issue earlier, who knows what other system it might have taken with it. Or there is just a fluke outtage near you. who knows. Its not a perfect technology. ---

Would that billing system issue explain the seemingly legitimate notification text I received earlier today saying I had used 58% of my data usage when in actuality I have used about 9%, or was that a well veiled phishing attempt? I did not follow the Verizon Wireless link they provided, just curious. ---

Theres been a lot of phishing attempts lately. Best practice is to not click the links and go to the website manually. ---
