# Want a nice apartment? \*Added pics\*

So I bought a loft downtown, but I have two months left on my lease in my current apartment (also downtown). If anyone here is looking for a nice apartment, you can have mine 🙂
Two months left on the lease, you can renew afterwards or just go month to month… doesn’t matter. 19th floor of Boardwalk Center downtown on 90st and Jasper ave. Perfect view of downtown and the river valley (I’ll post pics later tonight), heated underground parking, etc. Building has squash and racketball courts, a gym, a pool, hottub, pool table, etc, etc. Rent is cheap at $759/m and includes heat/water and two underground heated parking stalls.
Neighbours are wicked, I’ve never heard anything above me, and I blare my music all the time and no one complains. All concrete construction so it’s very sound proof.
Anyway, this is for March 1 posession. PM me for any more details.

Not for free, hehe. $759/m, but saves you from having to sign a long lease, and it’s probably the best 1-bdrm apartment in both buildings. Right under the penthouse and has the best view. Only one neighbour, too… the other side is a stairwell to the penthouse suites, which never get used, heh.

hehe, yeah it doesn’t include power. Because it’s such a big building, they buy power off the grid in bulk. I use quite a bit of power and my bill never goes over $30/m. And $759/m includes two parking stalls… it’s less if you only need one.

a) assumes the lease
b) finds someone to assume the lease
