Whats happining speeders. I put the ad in this section because its widely looked at. As in the title im really needing shop space for at least 2 of my cars. S13, Evo 8 for the upcoming months. Heated is NOT a issue but i would like the ability to go to the location at times and wrench on the cars. I would obviously bring my owntools and what not. I wish the “artist” in the space next to mine would move out. His space looks like an episode of Hoarders. Hard to tell he “art” from the piles of shit he uses to make it. Nice space. Garage door high ceilings. Let people know if anything changes. ---

Draft- it really depends on what the details are ya know. Size,heat, elec. Im fine with 100-200$/month it juat depends on what it is lol. And quickZ thanks i appriciate it. Just contact me if picasso desides to get his shit out.
