Im not sure what thoes are, but sure? im talking about the white lights (fog lights) at the front of the s13.

yes  
pantaloonsracing was trying to say

they are called

Day time running lights aka DTRL’s  
Might have better luck searching for those than fog lights.  
good luck  
if you still need them in 25 days ,my buddy gets back from ukrain,  
he has my pair in his garage.  
30 bucks if you want them then.
