if you plan on 5 speed swap then dont forget to put in the m/t pilot bearing and take out the a/t pilot bearing adapter  
they are both different sizes fyi  
i have just finished my 5 speed swap

thanks bud, yaa i got a mt pilot bearing.  
how did you get yours out btw? i hear they are a real bitch.
