Anyone have the wheel centers for the 15 inch BBS wheels ? I need 4 - if you have any let me know Thanks ---

The lip is polished, rest of wheel painted silver. The only markings are around the bolt holes. These are in raised letters … BBS Nissan. 15 x 6 1/2 JJ ET45 BBS GERMANY GESCHMIEDET VIA JIL CG15 99 2 small numbers - looks like they may have been stamped in with a metal punch 5X04 5Y18 ---

How do I make my own and have it look good ?
