depends. im doing that now at a car shop down the street. i call him in the morning and if he wants me to work he says come down but alot of the time he doesnt need me so i never work.

There are places hiring. Even places that don’t have signs that say “Now Hiring” are sometimes hiring. Put in an application at every place you want to work, worst they could say is no, and they may even keep you on file so that when a position opens up, they’ll call you.
I was wondering why you were considering such shitty project cars. The 240sx and the Integra are the only ones with even some potential to be half decent cars. Save up, and buy something worthwhile. I’m daily driving my project car :hsugh:

how bout haddads or taylor rental. i know taylor is real short on people i fuckin run my balls off there on saturdays. and haddad is always hiring. firestone was a great job i had or practice T or somewhere in the mall. my buddies son just left the shoe dept to go up to school they might have an opening. but haddads is alot of hours and decent money taylor rental is decent hours with not decent wage but almost always off by 5pm…

id really like to get a job at mathews tire over on 51 in elizabeth. my pap built that building when my mom was young and my boss now does some buisness with them but i dont think they have any openings. i put in an app. but i never got a call back

blaming the economy for not being able to get a job is the weaksauce. You are just trying to rationalize that you are lazy. There are always fast food restaurants and gas stations that are hiring. Unless you believe that your non-degree/diploma having self is just too good to work there.

the funny thing is i have basic cirtification with auto mechanics. no im not to good for them but they arnt really hiring either. im not lazy if you knew me you would know that. i work out in my garage ripping apart engines, building stuff, helping my dad around the yard, working with my pap, and even helping my friend on his farm. i hate it when retards like you try to talk shit when you dont know me at all and have no idea what your talking about
