I had to call them for service related my HSI, the whole time i get a speil about oh do you have our tv cable service would you like digital cable (ive got the dish), 5 minutes of that for something that took a minute to set up an appt. Now really why would i want to switch to a company that will guarentee to raise my rates almost every year.
