actually the movado was the cheapest… i was very surprised about that. it is also a swiss made watch as opposed to a Japanese made watch like the eco-drive
oh and adam, i’ll let you try the watch out next time i see you, we have a very similar sized wrist

Nothing really spectacular, but I like them. They’re semi-unique I guess. All major manufacturers though.

Quick google search says that the Bulova is circa de $800 while citizen is around $300?

Sorry got confused by names.
I thought you said Bulova was similarly priced so I wasn’t sure why I wasn’t seeing it when I went to look.

I want the all black eco drive, I might have to go pick one of those up. I was going to get a timberland watch a while back but pretty much forgot to go get it.

I believe that the best budget watches are Citizen/Seiko. I’ve owned a few and absolutely loved them. My favorite was the citizen Nighthawk. I loved the way it looked and felt. Lightweight watches feel cheesy to me.
I envy my father though. He had one of these.
Rolex GMT
But now wears this.
Rolex Submariner.
He likes to think of them as investments. Maybe one day I’ll be able to make an investment like that.

DAMN! you got his+hers for $500??? Thats a great deal. I got my Movado for $700 alone while in St Thomas. I found the same one here for $1100 so im not complaining, but you got a great deal!
I love my Movado, I have 2 and would recommend them to anyone looking for a nice watch.

some rich guy left a 80k watch on the service lane counter the other day and later called and asked if it was there. The thing had a nice wood case with another case around the watch and even its own little tool set, i should have taken a picture of it.
