Tried to go to Pittsfield in the work sprinter with bald rear tires. Did not make it. Got stuck right after the MA state line, gave it all she had, spun the tires, heated up the engine and slipped the tranny. I turned around, took me almost 90 min to get back to cohoes, and am now sitting at tire warehouse waiting for new tires to be thrown on ---

This is fucked up. There’s easily 2-3" of wet snow here at HVCC. Hopefully it changes to rain and melts by 530… I would have put my summer tires on this morning if I had known it was going to be like this. BULLSHIT ---

Has anyone spotted a salt truck yet? There was a bunch of accidents on my way to school. By Siena, some Jap in an Accord slammed into that brick wall on the road that runs paralled to the campus just off of route 9, across from the light at the police station. His car was immobile, lying in the middle of Spring St with the front wheel pushed into the passenger compartment. It was RIGHT around that blind corner, so I wouldn’t be surprised if someone plowed into his car since it was sitting in the middle of the road. Also as I came up, some faggot useless piece of shit in a Colorado from JERSEY pulls the fuck out in front of me. ABS kicked in HARD (which is useless in the slop) and I stopped about 15 feet from his bumper. He got the beams. THEN, as I was turning off Spring St or whatever the fuck it’s called, there was a Suburban in a DITCH and another drunk spun out into the woods. Two CPD cops were on the scene for this one. I bet the roads are way worse now with ice underneath and then snow on top. I’m definitely not leaving this place until the roads are cleaned up. I’ll fucking camp out in my car if I have to. ---
