Why do people slow down to a crawl when we are in a tornado warning? Last time I checked a car is not a safe place to be during a tornado warning yet everyone feels the need to slow down to 10 miles an hour instead of hauling ass and getting to some real shelter. ---

Saratoga was trashed after that storm came through. I was stuck at work cause I had a meeting and was just watching it go nuts outside. Tried going through downtown toga and it was a mess. All the stop lights out on broadway, tree down on union, branches and debris on every street. Transformer blew over on Jones rd as well. It got crazy dark really fast, like all the parking lot lights and store signs turned on. ---
