wallmart has the cheapest, best tasting, highest protein grams per serving, ive found anywhere. Its made by body fortress its like a 2lb thing of it 26gs per scoop and it taste amazing. It was like 13.99 ---

GNC is way overpriced… - how much is a gold card these days? 50$? the walmart shit is loaded with filler and may cause you to gain unwanted weight… - edit can’t find the link… an independent lab did analysis on like 30 something powders… fuck, this is going to bug me now… the place across from the blvd mall is vitamin shoppe not world - free membership vitamin world is on delaware in kenmore which is the exact same as nutrition warehouse on delware in amherst… - free membership that being said it depends what brand you like/want and how much $ you want to spend. bodybuilding forums has an excellent guide on protein, google it. :edit: all the places have websites… check them out… ---

soy protein isnt good for guys, especially if you are lifting. I’m sticking with optimum nutrition. Its a bit pricier, but i know its not just all filler. Also, I picked up some casein protein as well for right before bed and right before work. ---
