Was it the Barrie Police? If some one complained about you or your driving, they may have just made it “look” like they were doing something to appease whoever made the complaint. Happens alot around Barrie,…TRUST ME, I know lmao. I have more than my fair share of experience in this area, whereabouts in Barrie are you at?
