# Welp, I'm next to depart! Cya Buffalo

Well, the time has come for me to leave Buffalo, and NY in particular.
Been a crazy 13 years I’ve lived here in NY, and 8 years here in Buffalo. I don’t know a lot of you personally, but those I have met are standup guys.
Good Luck to everyone on here in life and with their projects; maybe we’ll run into each other when I come back to visit or who knows, it’s a small world.
I leave 2 weeks from today, driving out to SLC, UT. (Driving because I have 2 dogs that I’m not flying with the way airlines have been killing animals lately).

No Bankruptcy yet, and I hope not! The only worry is selling my house here in Buffalo, and how much of a hit I’m going to have to take.

Why do all these people move in the spring? Summer is the only time this place DOESN’T suck. If I was leaving Buffalo, it would most certainly be in the fall.

Thanks everyone.
Yes, work (Moog) made me an offer to move that I couldn’t refuse.
As for the salt flat runs, I’ll definitely be checking that stuff out. One of the Quality Engineers where I’m going to has a 30’s something car that’s setup for salt-flat runs, I guess it runs over 200mph or something which is pretty impressive out of those body styles.
I’ve also heard there is an impressive road course within a few hours from where I’m moving as well; might have to go take some classes.
