Seems obvious that the largest depreciation hit is the first couple years and the curve flattens. $200 a month seems like a bargain, but owning a 7 year old M3 would have cost of ownership implications that should not be ignored. ---

yup… still have several grand in maintenance i want to do as well… costs of owning cool shit that you actually drive regularly and maintain at the dealer. i’m probably going to go buy another car this year just so that i can drive the M3 less and catch up on maintenance. i have over 210,000km’s on it now. ---

Nah, I’m just going to add things. To be honest I have a hard time thinking about spending $80k+ on a car when I know I could have way more fun in a $20k old modified nissan. You guys ever think of going back in time instead of growing up? Growing up costs too much.
