I have been slacking on this. I’ve wanted one of these forever and it was finally the right time to pull the trigger. Flew to Chicago with my dad and brother, dropped the bag of cash and left with this beauty. 1996 Porsche 993 911 C2, black on old man tan, 6-speed, rwd, 90k miles etc etc. Bought it from a super cool dude, had a gorgeous flat right downtown with a LOT of cars in the garage (430, 360, new Porsches etc) It already has the Recaro Pole positions in it from my M3, and a ton of other parts waiting (steering wheel, wheels, coilovers, exhaust, other interior things etc). Going to make this a good looking fun driver. Really pumped on it, will post some more pictures after the winter tear down. Enjoy. 993 series are the last of the air cooled (and hand built) 911s. Only thing that sucks about them is the maintenance ---

Put good tires on it. For the love of god put good tires on it. A wheel is a means for which to attach a tire to a car. Just please put good tires on it. I know you care about watches and wheels. But maybe for this car worry about the tires. I feel like it deserves it. ---
