# Westside Story

I needed a stereo bracket for my truck. Went to Ericksen, they didn’t have a pic of the right one, so I went to PYP to see if i could find one there. No luck and because I was on the Westend, I decided to go to the nissan over there and just order the part even though the pic didn’t look right. He said it was coming from TO and would be here on Monday (this was on friday) I thought that would work. Monday comes and goes. Tuesday, I go in there and the chick was like ohh we won’t get it till the end of the week and will call you when it’s in. I’m like…not this again but what was i going to do. So friday, I called them in the morning. Same chick was like ohh, it will be here this afternoon…2 WEEKS LATER…NOTHING. I GO IN VERY MAD AND PISSED!! “WTF, WHERE IS MY BRACKET ?!?”…Some guy, “Ohh…uuu ya u it’s right here.”
FUCK WAS I MAD and the guy was just like, what’s ur problem?
What’s my problem!??! I have waited for 3 weeks and had to hold on to my stereo whenever I make a turn because you guys FUCKIN SUCK. That’s my problem
DON’T EVER GO TO WESTSIDE NISSAN. The gas money to go somewhere else will be worth it!!
I just had to get that out…ummm, much better 8)
PS: The bracket is in and now I can drive like a normal person

Doesn’t suprise me…
I tried to get a '93 Quest timing belt from them, and they gave me the wrong one. (There was a change-up in 93 that went from a belt that had round teeth to square ones, and they tried to tell me that the one I needed was the round tooth one when I specificaly asked for the square one (Or something like that) And in the end I had to take them the old belt and show them which one I wanted.
West End Nissan parts aren’t the greatest folks to deal with… Sad to say.
Bill at Ericksen is the best by far. (How do you spell Ericksen?) 🙂

Went to Ericksen today for a simple dash light bulb that Westside said they had to order in. Not only did they have 1, but the guy gave me 2 for the price of 1!!

I will not deal with Westend Nissan even though we are sister dealerships. Their service is substandard.
