Lol, it’s like $35 a gallon. Do yourself a favor and flush that pink shit out of the car, and buy regular prestone 50/50.
DO NOT mix the VW pink and regular green coolants though, you’ll have a sloppy goop of shit gelatin instead of coolant.

didnt think it would be that cheap.but with the car Out of order i cant get anywhere was hoping it would be local and someone could come drop it off.they said not to use any green,yellow, or red coolant.i dont know what color prestone is so i cant say

You have the VW pink coolant, its the coolant that will dry up and cake from any leaks. Flush your system of that crap because it’s a waste of money, your car will operate identically if you use the neon green regular 50/50 coolant. VW just wants your money.
$6 for a gallon \> $35 a gallon.

It’ll save ya money in the long run, I really emphasize that you make sure all the pink coolant is flushed because the G12 (pentosin) coolant will react with most other coolants and literally turn to gelatin.

yeah, just be very sure that you flush it out clean. As said, it will turn in to a goopy sticky nasty mess if they get mixed.
