It feels like 7&7 season to me. I love canadien beer but never really got into micro brews. I may have to try some of those ---

I just cracked a fresh brew of beer that I made. Its the first sample, and its EXACTLY like I have been trying to make. I just smiled, knowing that there is 10 gallons of reinforcements in the basement waiting for me to drink em. ---

The idea of making your own has got to be pretty rewarding when you get it right. I see homebrewing as being on my list of new hobbies to take up…need a break from the whole car-building thing. Received this (among many other home brews) last night for my birthday…another one of my favs: Westmalle Trappist Tripel ---
