first niagara charged me like 100 dollars for a over draft of $3.85. citizens charged me 20 dollars fir i acutvity. northwest is cool only because there a lot of hotties working there i use northwest for my saving key for checking ---

I’ve never had a problem with Citizens (Charter One back in the day). The online checking is nice, photocopies of all checks included int he statements and propmt customer service. Just my two cents. ---

HSBC checking, savings, and mortgage is still the bomb. The credit card however is being handled thru the company formerly known as Household. They still have some, hmm, customer service issues that need to be addressed. If anyone gets into any situation with a customer service rep who is giving you the run around, simply ask to be transferred to their supervisor/manager. The mere mention of escalation is typically enough to gardner a more effective response. ---

I use First Niagara. 35 cents for using the debit card for purchases, no other charges. it is $30 for overdraw though. ☹ ---

I have used both M&T as well as Citizens and have never had any real problems with either of them. ---

im not a big fan of citizens i had alot of things sneak up on me and stuff i was never told about but if you decide to go to citizens i have a friend who works there and will tell you anything you need to know ---
