Lets protest protest, June 8. Lets show not all car enthusiast are street racers, and that the new law they past is not going after street racers, but every modify car on the street. JUST LIKE RACIAL PROFILING, IT’S WRONG. THIS IS CAR PROFILING. ---

I Totally agree with this. When I used to drive my prev modified cars around and I would get pulled over for nothing. I would ask why I got pulled over. The reason is always “You look suspcious” then they would say something about the car. I have not had my Ae86 on the road in 3 years. It will be driven this summer though and I don’t even want to know how many times I am going to get pulled over. I was thinking of getting some stickers made that go across my rear bumper that say “DRIVING A IMPORT IS NOT A CRIME” or a good idea as well to raise awareness and get people together is maybe post a website wher people can post a log of them get harrased by the police with dates and times and promote this website on out cars and try to get some media attention. ---

well tonite at shopers world brampton, a crapalear(cavalear) a 1998 with a HUGE fart can riped it out of the parking lot. Slammed second only for me to hear a slipping clutch, then sped off turned around did it again cops pulled him over. and bam wrote i think it looked like 3 tickets. then another guy did it just right after ---

We really need to get a good lawyer on our side who is willing to stick up for us. That way whenever we get pulled over we can call him/her up for advice. I’m sick of police who think they can push you around and perform an inspection on your vehicle when they aren’t certified mechanics. Like one time a cop told me to pop my hood, so I did, he started to bang on things including my downpipe and said that there is no cat??? I’m like well if you take a look under the car you can see it’s there. If your caught street racing, then tough luck thats your fault, but just for driving a “modified” car does not make me a street racer. It’s no different than racial profiling.
