# what color should i get

i have just got done painting my engine bay it has always been black i finally painted it body color (PPG solar yellow) any way i cleaned up and polished alot of things polished my fuel rail,rad cap,hood prop,strut bar and many other things. now i am stuck with what color to paint my valve cover. i have a brand new gaskey sittign here and ready to pull the valve cover off now i need to decide what to paint it… any ideas that woudl look good with yellow, i thought of going with a dark red…?

I’d paint it black too, but… my car is black so it kinda makes sense to me. What about matching it in yellow?

eastwood aluminum polishing kit. it’ll take a while, but watch out…BLING BLING
do not look directly at valve cover on a sunny day, may cause eye damage

can i polish the valve cover on the ka24e i herd that they where a weird metal… has anyone had any experence with polishing the valve cover

I’ve done it … wasn’t weird or anything.
I sold it to someone on this board I think … I don’t really remember. I’ll have to check the parts pile, I might very well still have it.
this pic was taken at night under car wash lights with a shoddy camera … it looks a lot better.

dont paint it, just get a see thru plexi glass one with neon edging. pimpppppp
or black.
