Pretty limited.

1. US
2. Canada (Ontario, Quebec)
3. UK
4. Do they consider South Florida North Cuba yet? 😉

On the list in the near future:  
Caribbean, probably Dominican Republic or Aruba.

On the, “love to go but probably too expensive in the near future” list  
Australia
