The only thing I replaced in fueling was injector seals, but since it sounds fuel related I would check there first. Maybe its the injectors themselves? Get a wideband in there and watch your afr when it breaks up, if it goes super rich it may just be a clogged injector. If the injector is clogged that would definitely give you an unpredictable idle issue.
