im with hank, those huge tires wont help a bit, sells those and put some stockers back on to it, what are your rpms at when your cruising on the highway, I had an 89 bronco with a 5.0 in it and the thing could hall stuff, wasnt fast at all though

Dont get a diesel…if a repair is needed its usually in the thousands… A Bronco II can tow, so yours can too… so what if it chugs on the uphills… it’ll pay off to be patient.
I dont know the deal with your Bronco and all its needs but any old gasser 1500 will more than do the job.
