i was thinking of getting a miata they seem nice i test drove one there kight and quick has anyone heard off problems with them or anything like that…thanks. ---

Miata’s are huge chick car’s. Get a RX-7 if you like the looks…look like the same damn thing only the rx7 has some balls… 3rd Gen RX7 that is. ---

RX 7 still has a pretty high price range. Yes the 13b’s are a little intimidating because they are completely different but I know a few people who have worked on them and they all say once you jump into it its really not that difficult. Most people just choose not to learn them because they are different and there are not many people with them. Plus you can rev those things to hell and back and they want more. If I could find a 3rd gen RX7 for under 10 grand that needed a little work, I’d buy it. Their gauge clusters are sexay as shit too ---

Miata+cage+itb’s/turbo+hardtop=teh sex Miata’s are bad for streetracing but if you go to tracks and/or autox like real men then this is a great platform. Yes they are chic cars but I’d roll one. ;D ---

As you can see in my pictures, they can be made to be pretty bad ass, although as you can tell by the obscured faces… People are still embarrassed to be associated with them. ---

If you’re looking for something to go straight in the 1/4 mile look elsewhere unless you plan on spending some dough going turbo or LSx swap. (If you’re going turbo the best years are 94/95). Other then that, they are fantastic cars and the roll cages for the come with a purse holder loop ;D ---
