For the last fucking time, BILL CLINTON HAD THE POWER TO VETO IT BUT DID NOT, HE WAS THE PRESIDENT, PASSED THE BILL, THUS IT’S HIS FAULT!!! Quit trying to play the blame game and justify something that fucked america because of your party.
