I saw african american skaters on the Scotia bridge today running in between cars in traffic.
They were wearing flannel shirts and hats with flat brims and carrying skateboards.

Work ethic is work ethic no matter what you do for a living. In the days of the caveman the alpha males were the guys who had the biggest muscles. Today, this is not the case. You can be 250lbs and gigantic and it dosn’t mean jack shit except that you can lift more weight than the other guy.
Today it comes down to who’s smarter and who makes more money. You don’t become CEO by jacking up on steroids and walking up to the top office and beating your way in to position. You earn it, by working and being smarter than the next guy.
Like it or not, the Darwinian rule applies to all aspects of life. The people who care, who have good work ethic and who payed attention in class WILL always be ahead of the people who play follow instead of lead and choose a life of “entitlement” rather than an “earned” life.
IMO, there is no reason to complain. Look at the new generations as an opportunity. If you have good work ethic, smarts, etc, you will get ahead by leaps and bounds when you are competing against these people. Your life is what you make it, I choose to surround myself with hard working, intelligent, and like minded individuals. I could care less what emo boy wants to do with his life. While hes sitting around doing nothing, im doing something with my life.
My advice, quit worrying about what other people are doing with their lives, focus on yours and live it the way you want to. Its that simple. If you are a true man, you will stick to your morals, ideology and word and then you will be truly happy. Its what I have done and will continue to do and I couldnt be happier with life.
