What was she doing just as the video starts when she’s jumping up and down and making a flinging motion with her arm? Looks like a water bottle in her hand too. Wish the video started about 10 seconds earlier.

Throwing water/anything at a cop would still get you charged with assault/battery on a police officer.

You are correct, did not originally see this part of the video, idk if she had anything in her hand but she was bouncing up and down. She never should have turned around to look back at the cops, just makes her look guilty of something

Yea really. She should have kept walking. BUT she will get paid for sure. Man I would take a punch to the face from a cop for a few hundred grand

Now that i look at it she DID throw water on the cops at 1 second mark. But at 2-3 seconds is when more water got thrown and the black cop turned around.

That’s pretty much what I was getting at.
Did she deserve a round house to the jaw? No. Once I realized she was just there trying to start shit and it backfired on her though I cared a whole lot less.

WTF was this event? There are so many people & cops on the street and so much litter…
Either way…even if she was the one that threw the water the cops actions were crazy over-aggressive. Wild stuff, she’ll be gettin paid…double whammy to the tax payers who paid for the cop AND now for the fallout from the cops actions.

I agree, but in the cops “defense” he could always say he doesnt know if its water, piss, bleach etc. I know if I was a cop I wouldnt water any kind of liquid thrown on me. I also would mike tyson someone for it. But they would be in cuffs
