Maybe the biker and driver of the car knew each other and were trying to do something else and it went wrong? Why have a dash cam recording randomly? ---

It’s a combination of insurance scams, police corruption and just generally terrible drivers. I think my favorite was the guy in the crosswalk who walked up to the stopped car and basically threw himself on the hood pretending he was hit. The driver got out, pointed at the dash cam, and the guy made a miracle recovery and ran away. I’ll second bracket on that… or something wierd happened a while back like the car cutting off the bike or something. Brake checking something on two wheels is STUPID, though.
