not a joke. residents in cali are being asked to lock their septic tank lids because homeless people are ripping the lids off and shoving there heads in to get “hi”. It says the kids describe it as being out of it. Fuck, if you wanna feel “out of it”, come over to my house and let me smack you with a nine iron in the throat.
