Follow the wires and see where they lead. It looks like a fuse block for something, probably aftermarket.

my words exactly…
it not A.M. theres a factory connector on it, and goes all the way back up front. but it is factory. i tryed unpluging it and playin around with the car and got no wear. anyone ??
