im not dense, i get that. i understand that. im just explaining my position, and trying to prevent people from putting words in my mouth. if you read my example, you would see that while i understand that there may not be any actual legal recourse, PERCEIVED responsibility can sometimes cause people to sue. thats all. am i not being clear? i
