I usualy use straight long cut or red man chewing tobacco. I actually dont have really bad cravings anymore. I have been weening myself down slowly, becuase I know if I just stop cold turkey I’ll relapse and start again. So far so good. Its been 2 weeks just about and I’m still smoke free :). A can of skoal lasts me like 3 days. I only really use it when I get really pissed off or something…when the cravings are REALLY bad and drive me fucking crazy. Oh…and I have VERY LITTLE self control when it comes to that shit lol. ---
