Pretty much only chains that will fuck you over. Local independent shops are your best choice because they normally won’t pick outb dumb shit and get you for dumb shit like misaligned headlights.
I won’t ever go to a chain for an inspection.

Ive used the valvoline by stuarts on route 20 & 146 on a sunday in a pinch before. Theyve never tried to fuck me.

This was years ago but I went to JiffyLube on Central Ave by Kohls with a catless car and they just chatted to me the whole time while they did the inspection.
Didn’t “inspect” anything, threw the sticker on and away I went.
Again, this was years ago though.

Like the other state I would try going to iffy lube or shaftoline. They don’t really check the cars over for anything but bulbs and wipers since thats all they sell.

just take the mirror off and bring it back for a reinspection. you only need two to pass.
then proceed to but broken mirror back on after. or fix it.

Yeah I had a POS 94 sentra that had no passenger side mirror from the factory. I’m glad a tree fell on it and the insurance company gave me 700 more than I paid for it.
