I agree with the girl not being around when you talk to him. Do it on your own terms, eliminates you trying to look like Mr Tough guy in front of her along with any unnecessary exchange of words. Also agree on being “too calm” and composed when you talk to him, especially when there is no one else around. Would freak me out. Edit: Is that you in your avatar? Yeah, that would freak me out too. ---
