““its an S13 with almost 300K on the ODO I listed in the Ad that the previous engine blew and we installed a new 1 ourself”” Posted by Nelly / Nelson

So you were able to install a new engine without seeing the frame rail ? or the floor ? What a magic trick… How did you manage to do this ?

you should not be allowed on this site anymore…

I think Nelly had to know that something was wrong if he was asking $3500 and then sold it for $1900. Especially with a BRAND NEW paintjob.

HAHAHA this is my ex’s car, He picked this up dirt cheap and spent a lot of time and money fixing it to make it look as good as it does now. The cosmetic work on this car alone is worth well over the $1900 you spent buying the car so take that into concideration. He spent way more money to get this car to the point its at right now. You get what you pay for i think you should have paid more attention to detail before makeing your purchace. If you want a beautiful car you got it. If you wanted a mint 240 you gunna have to spend a lot more than $1900!! I got my 240 from him and mines perfect, there body kits are beautiful and realy good quality but like i said… I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR. Your car is not a lost cause it drives great and looks good if you want more than that go buy a new car! _PEACE_

> HAHAHA this is my ex’s car, He picked this up dirt cheap and MADE it look pritty to sell it to unfortunate ppl like you sorry man! You should take this as a lesson, 240’s HAVE these problems. you shouldn’t get distracted by the beauty of them – next time CHECK THE CAR PROPERLY before you buy it… its not worth fixing this car is a lost cause why do u think he didn’t want it anymore? You lost out sorry man. There kits are beautiful though they do good cosmetic work, pay more attention to detail next time u decide to buy a car. Especially from Nick… HAHA. _peace_

so in my belife taking a shity car, makeing it look nice to try to sell it for alot of money to some1 who dosnet know what there doing is wrong, and it seems to be happing alot… i think its the same as stealing and what happens to ppl who steal on son?

I’ve looked at other cars people have posted. The ones in rough shape, even though they ran, people still had the courtesy to say don’t bother driving it, the body is shot. I mean rust is rust, sometimes it gets unnoticed until it gets big, but man, that frame rail is FUBARed! It had to be deteriorating for some time, and if you had the knowledge of putting in an engine, guaranteed you had been under that car at some point in time.

It’s bad enough screwing a nobody over, but its a fellow SON member… tsk tsk tsk

its not the fact that he knew what he was buying.
Its an issue that you would even sell a car in that condition knowing someone was going to try and license it for the roads.

you should of sold that as a parts car.
