Caveat Emptor?

Anyone in a law class that can clarify anything?

If I was the buyer, I’d feel ripped off and bring the car back to the seller and ask for my money back.

I also think we should determine if Nelly has set a new precident by selling bad cars to unsuspecting buyers. Maybe banning him from selling cars is something we should do.

Thankfully, _this isn’t a free marketplace_ and we (you) can control what is and isn’t sold.
