partially right, they use the LS2 timing set which now can be bought for 70 bucks. not just the chain but tear down your front cover and inspect the slack you have

Slim go with comp cams 918s and that cam you spoke of. JJs has a new set of 918s for sale

i was looking for cams on ebay and came across this, i would take the 226 and was wondering if it would be as just as good as the thunder racing one i was looking at? what do you think?

[http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-LS1-LS6-Patriot-Camshaft-your-choice-of-cam-size\_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33614QQitemZ8060173969QQrdZ1](http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/NEW-LS1-LS6-Patriot-Camshaft-your-choice-of-cam-size_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33614QQitemZ8060173969QQrdZ1)

I also found this one, [http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/COMP-CAMS-273-XTREME-XE-R-LS1-LS6-CAMSHAFT-54-444-11\_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33614QQitemZ8061131096QQrdZ1](http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/COMP-CAMS-273-XTREME-XE-R-LS1-LS6-CAMSHAFT-54-444-11_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQcategoryZ33614QQitemZ8061131096QQrdZ1)

both are cheaper than the thunder racing cam, which one do you think will make the most power and still be fairly streetable?
