Just woke up a little bit ago in absolute agony. I have a pinched nerve under my left shoulder blade. OMFG this hurts. How the hell can I get rid of it??? I tried moving my arm around and shit but it didn’t help and just made my arm hurt (its my bad one). Jesus fucking Christ…Someone bring me some whiskey lol. ---
