Dont feel so bad. I have had a pinched nerve in my neck for the last 5 years that makes me light headed, and migranes that last for months( yes months). I also have a pinched nerve in my back for the last two years (c9), hurts like a mother fucker. ---

I have a close friend with multiple herniated disks. Have you looked into treatment? He is beginning a new therapy next week, on some machine, IIRC the DRX-9000. Apparantly it is a relatively new apparatus, and is absolutly sensational. According to the research we have done, you actually heal yourself. Living with herniated disks is miserable, and it will only get worse. You should look into your options for treatment… ---

I then started going to therapy, and it was bullshit… Now they want me to get surgery, but i keep saying NO… From what i hear, once you get surgery, youre fucked for life. Meaning you cant have good/rough sex…lol jk… But aahh yeah, I think because of my back, now my neck is fucked… I dunno. and its funny im only 23 y/o I have an appointment in a couple weeks.
