# What to do for a pinched nerve???

Ive been the same way for the past 4 years…

I have 2 herniated disks and a TWISTED NECK.  
Thats why my fat ass sits at home all day.

edit: My head feels like blowing up everyday if i dont take my neck/back pillss.
