> Alota good points guys…appreciate the advice. I am not going to do this anytime soon if I do. Its just ideas for what to do when i do start. i dont wanna jump into something head fist and fuck it up. I’m thinkin cam and 75 shot on the engine I got now will be fine for this summer. Next year I wanna do something though.

 again.

im about ready to give up on u.

go to JnJs get the cable fix the tranny, and drive it around with 87.

and to who ever said carb engines get worse gas mileage, id have to disagree, its the type of combo that impacts ur gas mileage, not if u have injectors or jets.

Another thing you could do is save up some cash and buy something off of ebay during the winter, stuff gets really cheap on there. You can find really nice old school rides in the $3k-5k range.G-Bodys,F-Bodys,S10’s with SBC’s…etc. Turn-Key and already in the 12’s.

Well put. Debt sucks… I’m trying to get out of it now.

Good luck with the car though. I’m happy to see that you are happy with it.

Dude, do you rememeber hearing this same shit when you wanted to be the fastest kid still in high school? And now look at where your car is.

The kid wants advice on which is a better setup. Not a fucking life lesson.

the kid needs steady income and less drama before he worries about the car.

Chode was making a decent buck and working mad hours to get where he is.

I basically gave the car to JEG… and now he wants to throw money at it… thats not why i sold it to him for less than 1/2 price… I sold it to him so he would have a nice reliable car for under $1k, and with a couple bucks and some time, it would run forever, get decent mileage, and still be able to mack hos.

not dream about making it what it isn’t and waste time and money on something like this, right now.
