# What to look out for (72 BMW 2002)

A totally rust free 2002 (carb’d shitbag bottom of the barrel model) with crummy doors is worth about $1500-2000. The doors are always fucked , they “peel” apart at the bottoms for some strange reason. The rear strut towers are an issue too.

The rust factor has been covered pretty well. Watch out for floor pans and frame rails, spare tire area, etc. And m10s suck, put an s14 in there

It will deff be swapped with something. Also gunna look around for a 5 lug swap.

my warehouse has a few e36m3’s being parted out, for 5 lug purposes. not sure what rear suspension 02’s use, but e30’s have to use the trailing arms etc from a 318ti or m coupe/roadster
